Sugar Puddin’ caters to customers with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. It is our goal to make the process of placing an order easy and convenient for you. In order to provide you with exceptional service and deliver the best freshly baked products, please review our policies listed below.
Below are images of our standard packages and portion sizes. But because we are always looking to improve our product presentation and deliverability, we may at times use a different package than that which is displayed here or on marketing materials. However, we will ensure that the portions of new packaging will be similar to that which is shown.
Most of our products are baked to order and shipped fresh, and we keep a very limited supply of pre-made desserts on hand. Therefore, please call ahead for daily availability of desserts that might be ready for same-day pick-up. Also, please keep the following timelines in mind when placing an order. All time frames listed below are minimums. To ensure availability of your preferred date, please place your orders as far in advance as possible. Local Pick-Up Orders
Most orders made online are available for pick-up at 1400 Hi Line Drive, Dallas, Texas 75207 on the following business day between 8am and 5pm. Since we bake to order, due to volume constraints, some orders may be treated as special orders and are subject to availability for same day pick up. You will be notified by phone with the time that your order will be available.
All orders must be received by at least 3 business days prior to the requested arrival date. If order is not placed at least 3 business days before requested delivery date, the order will be shipped on next available ship date. Please check all shipping details before submitting your order. There will be a $15 service fee for changes to any shipping information (street name, phone number, zip code, etc) once the order is submitted. A $10.00 fee will be charged for order cancellations.

We are delighted to fulfill any advance orders. We take advance orders up to 120 days in advance when you need to plan for your perfect event. We do require that payment be made in full for all advance orders 30 days prior to date of the event.
As we bake a small quantity of products fresh daily, special orders must be requested at least 5 days in advance .
At this time, we are happy to deliver any order within within a 10 mile radius of our Dallas Design District location. Delivery fees are displayed in the Shopping Cart during Checkout.
Our baked goods are so delicious, rarely do we find our customers leaving with leftovers! Sugar Puddin’s products are all freshly baked with the finest natural ingredients and contain no preservatives. However, if you find yourself in the unique situation of taking home some untouched baked goods or are gifting our desserts, we suggest that for optimal flavor and quality, our baked goods be consumed within 2 days of receipt if refrigerated or within 24 hours at room temperature.
